"This shop is so honest. I (thought I) was experiencing some weird hiccups in my car's engine, and wondered if it was a timing chain issue. I didn't hear or feel anything odd on the day I brought the vehicle in, and there's never been a check engine light on. Leo and his team did a couple test drives to try to duplicate the issue I was experiencing. They couldn't find anything, and Leo sent me home with a list of questions and suggestions to pay attention to if the sound/hiccups return. They sent me away at no charge, but I tipped him $10 for the trouble. If there's an issue in the future, I'm bringing my car back to this Midas location."

"I went to advance auto parts and dropped off some used oil. They were helpful and even let me use a cart that they had in the store. I didn't buy a thing there and everyone treated me well. I asked the girl who helped me if they had a tip jar and she said no, don't worry about it, I'm an old guy and you don't find this kind of courtesy much anymore. When I do need some auto parts, I am sure to go there!"

"Absolutely the rudest employees I've ever seen at an autozone, they were being just downright mean to other customers as well acting like we don't know what we're looking for when I had to repeat the part number 4 times just for this dumb manager to type it in right, it was literally 2 letters and 3 numbers and she acted like I was stupid cause she couldn't remember 5 numbers and letters in concession. Then the guy right next to me was told to "finish his sentence" like a child because the dumb girl at the counter didn't know what part he was looking for even though he very clearly explained it and she misunderstood. There's more competent employees at a McDonald's on Cleveland avenue than this store."

"I love Wayne's so much! They always give extremely reliable service, and are reasonably priced. They have always been so kind to me and helpful, as my car is really just always giving me so many issues and causing so much stress, but they always take care of me and work with me as a struggling student who knows absolutely nothing about cars and is also working on a tight budget. Even better, last time I sent my car in when I went to pick it up, Sean explained to me exactly what the problem was in great detail and how they fixed it. My entire family always goes to Wayne's and definitely recommend. I appreciate the team immensely!"
