James Dunn in A Tree Grows in Brooklyn gives a performance of amazing depth and naturalism for the 1940’s—even if drawing on his own life. I think of this, not Brando in Streetcar, as the first true Kazan performance on film.

The movie Constantine that came out in 2005 was just ... well, the problem is that it was NOT a movie Hellblazer. The only thing the character in Constantine's film had in common with Constantine from the Vertigo comics was his name. That's it. It is very ...

R183 I forgot to tell you that another long-time NCIS director James Whitmore is still going strong and working a lot too! They are all older white men, but T. O'Hara was fondly remembered as cussing like a sailor. Whitmore has a kinder grandpa aura, I believe. Speaking of cinematographers, is it true they have a rep for being snooty?

David Berry plays James Bligh, the main gay character on A Place To Call Home. Tim Draxl's character is in a relationship with him. Berry's also on Starz's Outlander playing Lord John Grey (spoiler alter: Also a gay character).

Lets be the Law & Order SVU episode - the Data Lounge
I'm the episode where the potential football recruit from Rollins hometown gets checked into going to a gay bar and beats the crap out of some guy being rerun on the ion Network and having the word gay be censored in the closed captions. so instead of gay bashing everybody was shocked that simply a bashing occurred and could have been committed by a small town kid.
