Some people have asked me what my goals are with tweaking my form. Here are a few I’m focusing on this off season ⬇️⬇️ 1. Get off of my toes - this will help me engage my lower body and hip rotation more easily 2. Wider reach back - while my reach back is solid, it’s a little too close to my body, which leads to me pulling through with my shoulder and rounding a little bit. A wider reach back would allow my arm to swing more freely and help keep me from spinning into my follow through. 3. Better
